Essential Grill Tools

Grill tongs and spatula are an obvious choice – you need the length and heat resistance of grill specific tools to avoid sticking your hand into the grill or melting your tools while cooking. I love a grill topper for veggies as well as chicken or turkey burgers. Sheet pans are a work horse for moving food to and from the grill. A basting brush is great for slathering sauces on to your grilled goodies.
