
Indulge in classic cheesecake flavors without the guilt with this No-Bake Protein Cheesecake. It has classic tangy cheesecake flavor and ultra creamy texture with 10 grams protein per serving! This recipe is incredibly easy to whip up and there are endless options for customizing it with fruits, sauces, crusts, you name it. You can even prep this ahead for the week and divide it up into mini mason jars like these so you’ll have a sweet treat to look forward to every day 😉

Ingredients and Substitutions
Here’s what you’ll need to recreate this No-Bake Protein Cheesecake at home:
- Greek yogurt – To nail the cheesecake flavor and sweetness levels, I used two different kinds of Greek yogurt. First is Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek yogurt, which has a nice sweetness to it and is very low sugar. The other is plain non-fat Greek yogurt, though if you want a richer, creamier cheesecake, you could opt for something with higher fat content.
- Cream cheese – I again opted for the lower fat version to make the recipe more macro-friendly. Cream cheese flavor is hard to recreate at home, so I don’t recommend subbing this out!
- Vanilla Casein Protein Powder – Don’t try to substitute with whey protein! If you can’t get your hands on casein protein powder, vanilla pudding mix is the next best thing, though I haven’t tested it with this recipe specifically to see if the substitution is exactly one for one.
- Vanilla extract – helps make the flavor more luxurious and delicious.

why it’s important to use
Casein Protein Powder
Casein protein powder is critical to the success of this recipe. Casein protein helps thicken up the mixture and yields an ultra creamy, cheesecake-like texture. Whey, on the other hand, would leave you with a much denser and runnier result. Do NOT try to use whey protein instead of casein!
If you have to sub it out, try using an instant pudding mix instead. Start out with about 2 tbsp of pudding mix and work your way up to 1/4 cup to see where you like the texture.

Ingredients
Cheesecake
- 1 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek yogurt, (227 grams)
- 1/2 cup 1/3 less fat cream cheese, (112 grams)
- 1/2 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt, (113 grams)
- 1 scoop Dymatize Elite Vanilla Casein Protein Powder, (33 grams)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend all cheesecake ingredients using a hand mixer until smooth. Serve with crushed graham crackers and fruit compote, if desired.
