It’s basically summer, and that means it’s time for picnics and summer gatherings – this Cheesecake Fruit Dip is a perfect shareable recipe to bring along! It whips up in no time and is definitely a crowd pleaser. I especially love it with strawberries and grapes, but you can serve it with really any fruit you like. It would also be awesome with those little bear shaped graham crackers, Biscoff cookies, vanilla wafers, or even pretzels for that sweet/salty combo. Yum!

Ingredients and Substitutions
This Cheesecake Fruit Dip recipe is super simple and only requires 4 ingredients, but here’s the run down:
Reduced fat cream cheese – To really nail that cheesecake flavor, you can’t skip out on the cream cheese! I used the 1/3 fat version of cream cheese to keep things lighter, but you could of course use full fat cream cheese for a richer flavor. Just be sure to soften it at room temperature to avoid big clumps!
Fat free Greek yogurt – My go-to for Greek yogurt for sweet recipes is usually Dannon Light & Fit vanilla, but for this recipe I wanted something a bit more tangy that I could control the sweetness with the powdered sugar. If you do opt for something other than plain Greek yogurt, you may not need as much powdered sugar, so start with half and add it to taste.
Powdered sugar – Powdered sugar is used in a lot of no-bake cheesecake recipes because regular granulated sugar wouldn’t fully dissolve without the heat. It’s the same idea here. Not only does the powdered sugar add sweetness to the otherwise really tangy cream cheese and Greek yogurt, it also helps give the dip a smooth and silky consistency. I haven’t tried any powdered sugar alternatives like this, but if you do try it in this recipe, let me know how it tastes!
Vanilla extract – Like salt in a savory dish, vanilla tends to enhance the flavors of a sweet recipe.
