Ease into spring with this Lavender Cream London Fog Iced Latte! It’s a sophisticated, refreshing earl grey tea based latte that will transport you right to the set of Bridgerton. The Lavender Cream Cold Foam is a showstopper and lends a delicate lavender note that pairs perfectly with the earl grey. And ya know, a London Fog just sounds appropriate given how grey and foggy it’s been in the DC area lately!

Ingredients and Substitutions
Here’s what you’ll need to recreate this Lavender Cream London Fog Iced Latte recipe:
- Milk – whatever neutral tasting dairy or plant based milk you prefer is great.
- Earl grey tea – the foundation for a classic London Fog, earl grey tea is a black tea with notes of citrus. I recommend regular earl grey over Darjeeling earl grey for the more robust flavors that will stand up better in a latte.
- Lavender Cream Cold Foam – Made with Lavender Simple Syrup, heavy cream, and 2% milk, this quick and easy cold foam whips up with a milk frother into a perfectly creamy but light foam that’s easy to drink.
- Lavender Simple Syrup – This super easy syrup is made with just water, sugar, and dried lavender flowers.

Pick a winning
Earl Grey Tea
I highly recommend opting for either a loose leaf tea or one that comes in a biodegradable tea “pyramid” for the best flavor. Ultimately any store brand will work, but here are some of my fave earl grey options:
- Harney & Sons Earl Grey Supreme (20 teabags for $4.75) – This tea has a complex and bold flavor that’s perfect for mixing into a latte.
- Teapigs Earl Grey Strong (15 teabags for $9.99) – I found this one at a nice grocery store the first time. The flavor is great and I really loved the blue cornflower petals!
- Adagio Teas Earl Grey with Lavender (15 teabags for $9) – I love the idea of getting even more lavender flavor right in the tea blend!
- Art of Tea Earl Grey Crème (12 teabags for $23.50) – This one is a splurge but is my favorite to drink on its own. Aside from the classic earl grey blend, it also has a touch of vanilla for a creamy vibe (hence the crème).
