Heat water in microwave for 1-2 minutes or until very hot but not boiling. Add tea bags and steep for about 4-5 minutes, or according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
Divide the simple syrup between 2 glasses, then top with ice cubes. Add cooled tea and top with milk. Spoon Lavender Cream Cold Foam over top just before serving.
