Happy #CocktailFriday y’all! I decided to change things up a little bit this week and go for something GREEN. Allow me to introduce to you this gorgeous little Cucumber Gin Fizz! It’s bright, refreshing, lightly sweet, and man – that cucumber, lime, and mint combo is really what a hot summer day calls for.
Looking at this drink actually really reminds me of a green Bloody Mary. A verde Maria? Idk what they’re actually called, but I know they’re bright and green and have lots of stuff sticking out the top! The cucumber and mint are blended together to bring the bright green color to the party, but they’re strained out to make sure you have a smooth and easy drinking experience. Give it a try this weekend!

Nutrition Information
For my macro trackers out there, I wasn’t able to create a My Fitness Pal barcode for this recipe since I would have had to decide for you whether to put the alcohol calories in as carbs or fats – that’s up to you! The 14 grams of carbs listed here are just for the sugar in the lime juice, cucumber and simple syrup. For my non-macro trackers, here’s more info on what I’m talking about.
