Peach season is in full swing and I couldn’t help but whip up this Air Fryer Peach Crisp to celebrate! This easy summer dessert is perfect for sharing with someone special or you can make it in individual ramekins instead if you want to share with several someones. The whole thing comes together in about 15 minutes with just 8 ingredients, all of which you probably have on hand except the peaches. Save this recipe for when you find those perfect peaches at the farmers market or grocery store this summer!

Ingredients and Substitutions
Here’s what you’ll need to recreate this Air Fryer Peach Crisp:
- Peaches – Fresh peaches are best here, but frozen will work too – you’ll just end up with a more liquidy filling. Slice them, chop them, keep the skin on, or take it off, you can choose your own adventure here. If you can find Lori Anne peaches, go for those since they always seem to be perfectly juicy and sweet – my favorite!
- Rolled oats – I prefer rolled oats to quick oats here because they maintain more texture for a crispy topping, but quick oats could probably work in a pinch (no promises though since I haven’t tested them).
- AP flour – Be careful with flour substitutes in this recipe because most will brown or burn more quickly than AP flour will.
- Brown sugar – We’re using brown sugar in 2 ways here, both in the filling and in the topping. For the filling you could use whatever sweetener you like – granulated sugar, maple syrup, honey, etc. – but I don’t recommend subbing it out with other ingredients in the topping.
- Butter – I prefer unsalted butter so I can control the level of salt, but salted or unsalted will work.
- Cinnamon – Just a little cinnamon brings a warming, cozy vibe to this crisp. I don’t recommend skipping it! You could always swap some of the cinnamon with a little bit of cardamon too if you have it around, it’s a great spice for this dish.
- Cornstarch – I added just a bit of cornstarch to the filling to help thicken up the peach juices as they cook. This is totally optional and the crisp will taste the same either way.
- Salt – A pinch of salt in the crisp topping helps elevate the flavor and sweetness of the other ingredients.

what if i
Don’t Have an Air Fryer?
If you don’t have an air fryer, you can always use a regular oven at the same time and temperature to make this dessert.
I personally love using my air fryer for this dessert so I don’t have to turn on my oven on a summer day, plus the air fryer just makes it really quick and easy to pop in something small like this peach crisp. If you’re on the fence about buying one, I say go for it!

The ramekin pictured here was something I bought at a Home Goods years ago, but I linked something similar.
