Air Fryer Peach Crisp

Peach Filling
- 1 large or 2 small peaches, sliced (300 grams yield)
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Crisp Topping
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup AP flour (32 grams)
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
Grease an oven-safe ramekin with butter. Set aside.
Toss peaches with other filling ingredients, then add to the bottom of a greased ramekin.
In a small bowl, mix all crisp ingredients except butter. Once mixed, add butter and cut it in with a fork or your fingers until the mixture is crumbly.
Add the crisp mixture on top of the peaches and gently press down, then air fry at 325°F for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy. If desired, top with ice cream before serving.

Storage and reheating: If you somehow end up with leftovers, allow them to cool completely, then cover tightly with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for about 5 minutes.
