Hey! It’s Cocktail Friday again! This week I’m sharing this super easy summer sipper, a Peach Tea Spritzer. So easy. So delicious. So go pick up the ingredients today (there are only 4) and enjoy it this weekend!

I don’ know what it is about juicy summer peaches that I just can’t get enough of. They’re just so GOOD. Deep Eddy (based in Austin, TX) has done an awesome job of capturing that perfect summer peach flavor in a bottle of vodka. This isn’t sponsored or anything, it just tastes better than those vodkas flavored with fake stuff. Give it a try.

Peach Tea Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 12 oz strong brewed black tea
  • 8 oz sparkling water
  • 6 oz R.W. Knudsen peach nectar
  • 8 oz Deep Eddy Peach Vodka

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small pitcher and stir. Serve over ice.

Tips & Tricks

If you can’t find Deep Eddy Peach Vodka or another vodka made with real peaches, I recommend instead using the following amounts of peach nectar and vodka.  This will help keep the drink from having an artificial peach taste.
  • 8 oz peach nectar (instead of 6)
  • 4 oz peach flavored vodka or rum (instead of 8)
  • 4 oz regular vodka

Calories: 166kcal (8%), Carbohydrates: 24g (8%), Sodium: 3mg, Potassium: 45mg (1%), Sugar: 21g (23%)

For my macro trackers out there, I wasn’t able to create a My Fitness Pal barcode for this recipe since I would have had to decide for you whether to put the alcohol calories in as carbs or fats – that’s up to you!  The 24 grams of carbs listed here are just for the sugar in the juice and peach vodka.  For my non-macro trackers, here’s more info on what I’m talking about.
