Happy Cocktail Friday! Thanksgiving is less than a week away, so I hope your menu is almost ready to go. Even if you’ve got the food part figured out, there is always room for a yummy cocktail like this Bourbon Cider Bubbler. It feels perfect for fall and it’s an elegant addition to the Thanksgiving festivities. The apple cider flavor is front and center but it’s complimented by cinnamon simple syrup, prosecco for some bubbles, lemon juice for balance, and bourbon…well, do I need to give you a reason for the bourbon? It’s warm. It’s yummy. It pairs perfectly with cider. That is all.
Oh, and in case you were wondering, of course you can make a big batch of this! Stick it in a pitcher and let your guests help themselves. You’ve got plenty of other things to think about on Thanksgiving, keeping drinks full shouldn’t be one of them.
Cheers!
