No recipe here today guys, but I thought you might enjoy a look at some fun little snack prep boxes! Sometimes it’s just easier and more interesting to combine multiple snacks into one container. Plus, I really like how these containers fit into my lunch box 😉 It’s almost like they were made for each other (hint: it’s because they were made for each other).
This box is super easy…just blueberries, blackberries, carrots, celery, and hummus. The silicone cups holding the berries are the normal cupcake size, as opposed to the jumbo ones holding the trail mix below.
So the trail mix you see here is literally just a combo of all the trail-mix-type things I could find in my pantry! Peanuts, cashews, raisins, chocolate chunks, and pumpkin seeds. I’m not even going to bother with a recipe for this one because…it’s trail mix. Make it however you like it!
Next up is berries, celery, and peanut butter. Because you know I had to include peanut butter somewhere in these snacks.
Here are the links to all the goods I used for my snack prep. And since I mentioned my lunch box before, I included that too! I really like it because it keeps everything organized – there are little shelves in there in case I want to take more than one meal with me. It’s really convenient for snacks too, especially if you stick them in containers like I show here. Check out the link and you’ll see what I mean!
Finally, we’ve got some broccoli with hummus and turkey deli meat. I really enjoy munching on some deli meat when I need protein between meals! Go for the preservative free, nitrate/nitrite free variety if deli meat makes you nervous.
