Wild Blueberry Chia Jam

- 2 cups frozen wild blueberries (280 grams)
- 3 tbsp honey (1.5 fl oz)
- 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds (18 grams)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (0.5 fl oz)
Add 2 cups frozen wild blueberries and 3 tbsp honey to a small covered pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once it reaches a boil, lower heat to a simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally and mashing the blueberries with the back of a spoon or spatula.
Add t1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp lemon juice and continue to simmer, occasionally stirring and mashing the blueberries, for 5 more minutes.
Add the jam to a jar and set aside in the refrigerator uncovered to cool and set up for about an hour before serving.
Store this jam in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
