Watermelon Coconut Mojito

Ingredients

  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 1/2 oz club soda
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz coconut cream
  • 5 1" cubes watermelon
  • 8 mint leaves

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except club soda to a shaker with large chunks of crushed ice. Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds, then pour into a serving glass (don't strain it).
  • Top with more crushed ice and club soda. Stir gently to combine before serving.
