Peppermint Mocha Protein Latte

  • Heat milk over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Add dutch cocoa and whey protein and mix in with a milk frother until completely blended. Add brewed espresso, remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
  • Pour lattes into two serving glasses. Top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes if desired.

Notes

Sweetness: Depending on the brand of protein you use, you may want some additional sweetness in your latte. Check the taste after mixing, then add some liquid Stevia or other sweetener if you need it.
