- 2 fl oz gin
- 3/4 fl oz lemon juice
- 1/2 fl oz Cointreau
- 1/2 fl oz Lavender Simple Syrup
- 1 egg white
- Optional: violet food coloring
I used a tiny bit of violet gel food coloring (about the size of the lead on a regular sharpened pencil tip) to attain the color you see here. You could use 2-3 drops of liquid food coloring instead, or skip it altogether.
