- 16 oz Breakstone's 2% Large Curd Cottage Cheese
- 7 oz feta cheese in brine, drained
- 1 lemon, juiced (2 fl oz)
- 1/2 cup basil leaves, lightly packed
- 1/3 cup flat leaf parsley leaves, lightly packed
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, lightly packed
- 1/4 cup chives, roughly chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil (1.5 fl oz)
- 1 tbsp honey (0.5 fl oz)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, then spoon into a flat, wide bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with fresh ground black pepper, if desired. Serve with crudité and crackers.
