Ingredients
3cupsfresh cranberries(300 grams)
1cupgranulated sugar(244 grams)
1orange juiced plus 1/2 of the orange zest
1 1/2tspvanilla extract
2cinnamon sticks
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the vanilla extract and orange zest to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then lower heat to a simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until all cranberries have burst.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and orange zest. The jam with thicken as it cools. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
