Easy Cranberry Orange Jam

This holiday staple is a perfect combination of sweet and tart, making it an ideal accompaniment on toast, baked brie, and even ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh cranberries (300 grams)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (244 grams)
  • 1 orange juiced plus 1/2 of the orange zest
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except the vanilla extract and orange zest to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then lower heat to a simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until all cranberries have burst.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and orange zest. The jam with thicken as it cools. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
