Add 2 cups Breakstone's 4% Milkfat Cottage Cheese, 3 tbsp Dutch process cocoa powder, 3 tbsp honey, 1 tsp instant espresso, and 1 tsp vanilla extract to a food processor and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
Add 1 scoop chocolate casein protein powder to the food processor and continue blending until smooth and creamy. Divide into 5 jars. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate before serving.
