Ingredients

  • 1 small banana, sliced and frozen (125 grams)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (125 grams)
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (34 grams)
  • 1 cup Thai Kitchen Light Coconut Milk (8 fl oz)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup Tropicana Light Orange Juice, no pulp (2.67 fl oz)
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 tsp blue spirulina

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
