Whisk 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 5.3 oz Danon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek yogurt, and 1 scoop Clean Simple Eats Whey Isolate Protein Powder, Cake Batter until smooth. Add 2/3 cup rolled oats and 1/2 tbsp chia seeds and mix until combined. Note: You can also add the sprinkles here, but I prefer to mix them into the oats just before serving.
Add the oat mixture to a resealable container or jar and refrigerate overnight.
Serve chilled or microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes before serving. Before serving, mix in 1 1/2 tbsp confetti style sprinkles. Top with whipped cream or Greek yogurt if desired.
