Ingredients

  • 1 cup parsley 30 grams
  • 1 cup cilantro 30 grams
  • 3/4 cup plain 2% fat Greek yogurt 180 grams
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped green onions 35 grams
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice 2 fl oz
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 jalapeño see notes
  • 1 clove garlic 4 grams
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

Spice: I used 1/2 a small jalapeño with seeds and the sauce turned out very mildly spicy. If you want more heat, use 1/2 of a bigger jalapeño. If you want less spice, take the seeds out of the jalapeño.
