- 1 cup parsley 30 grams
- 1 cup cilantro 30 grams
- 3/4 cup plain 2% fat Greek yogurt 180 grams
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped green onions 35 grams
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice 2 fl oz
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 jalapeño see notes
- 1 clove garlic 4 grams
- 1 tsp salt
Spice: I used 1/2 a small jalapeño with seeds and the sauce turned out very mildly spicy. If you want more heat, use 1/2 of a bigger jalapeño. If you want less spice, take the seeds out of the jalapeño.
