A classic prohibition era cocktail, the Southside is made with gin, lime juice, simple syrup, fresh mint, and a couple dashes of orange bitters. Perfectly refreshing and dangerously crushable!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 dashes orange bitters
  • 5 mint leaves

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 5-10 seconds until chilled, then double strain into a chilled coupe.
