- 16 oz fat free cottage cheese
- 7 oz Mt Vikos feta cheese in brine, drained
- 1/4 cup honey (2 fl oz)
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (32 grams)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (0.5 fl oz)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Add cottage cheese, feta cheese, olive oil, and salt to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, then spoon into a flat, wide bowl.
Top whipped feta cheese mix with honey and chopped pistachios. Serve with toasted baguette or pita bread.
