Toss butternut squash with olive oil, garlic seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Add in a single layer to the air fryer basket (you may need to do more than 1 batch).
Air fry for 10 minutes, then shake the basket, and air fry for an additional 5-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown and squash is fork tender.
