Iced Matcha Collagen Latte

Instructions

  • Add soy milk, vanilla syrup, and matcha to a large measuring cup (you can also do this right in the serving glasses).
  • Use a milk frother or whisk to blend the matcha into the milk. Once mostly blended, add collagen and repeat. (Tip: try to keep the frother tip toward the bottom of the glass and don't blend too long or you will end up with a really frothy drink.)
