Ingredients
Purple Layer
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt frozen into cubes
  • 1 tbsp Cellucor Vanilla Casein protein
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Pink Layer
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt frozen into cubes
  • 1 tbsp Cellucor Vanilla Casein protein
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
White Layer
  • 1/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt frozen into cubes
  • 1 tbsp Cellucor Vanilla Casein protein
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3-5 large ice cubes
  • Optional: fat-free whipped cream for topping
Instructions
  1. Blend each layer separately, then angle serving glass and layer different colors into glass.  Top with whipped cream if desired.
