  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 scoop Jay Robb Vanilla Whey Protein
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until it reaches desired consistency.  Add more almond milk if needed.

  2. If preparing ahead, place in a resealable, freezer safe beverage container.  Freeze until solid and place in the refrigerator the night before consuming.  Top with granola if desired.
