Birthday Cake Overnight Oats

  1. Whisk almond milk and whey protein until smooth. Add rolled oats and chia seeds and mix until combined. Note: You can also add the sprinkles here, but I prefer to mix them into the oats just before serving.

  2. Add the oat mixture to a resealable container or jar and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Serve chilled or microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes before serving. Before serving, mix in sprinkles. Top with whipped cream or Greek yogurt if desired.
