Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mango, chopped and frozen (250 grams)
  • 1 cup banana, chopped and frozen (150 grams)
  • 3/4 cup Thai Kitchen Lite Coconut Milk, divided (6 fl oz)
  • 2 scoops collagen (22 grams)
  • 1/2 tbsp butterfly pea powder

Instructions

  • Freeze half of the coconut milk into ice cubes.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more coconut milk if needed to blend completely.
