Ingredients
  • 4 oz gin (I like St. George's Botanivore or The Botanist)
  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup, generous
  • 1 tbsp raspberry jam (20 grams)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with a handful of ice cubes. Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds, then strain into a serving glass over ice.
