PB&J Protein Overnight Oats

  1. Whisk PB2 and whey protein into almond milk until smooth.  Add oats, 1/2 tbsp (7 grams) chia seeds, and stir until combined.  Set aside.

  2. Place raspberries in a microwave safe dish.  Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until they can be easily mashed with the back of a spoon.

  3. Mash the raspberries until few chunks remain.  Add Stevia and remaining chia seeds and stir.  

  4. Layer oats with raspberry "jam" and melted peanut butter in a sealable jar or container. Refrigerate overnight.

  5. Serve chilled or reheat for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes before serving.
