Peach Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients

Blueberry Layer

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (70 grams)
  • 1/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt, frozen into cubes (2 oz)
  • 1 tbsp Cellucor Vanilla Casein protein
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (use more as needed to blend) (2 oz)

Peach Layer

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices (150 grams)
  • 1/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt, frozen into cubes (2 oz)
  • 1 tbsp Cellucor Vanilla Casein protein
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (use more as needed to blend) (2 oz)

Vanilla Layer

  • 1/4 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt, frozen into cubes (2 oz)
  • 1 tbsp Cellucor Vanilla Casein protein
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, (use more as needed to blend) (2 oz)
  • 3-5 large ice cubes
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  • Blend each layer separately, then angle serving glass and layer different colors into glass.  Top with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

For a lighter snack, split the shake into 2 servings!
